Nonokey Refund and Returns Policy

At Nonokey, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring
your satisfaction with our digital Microsoft Products. We understand that there may be
instances where you need to request a refund. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines
the terms and conditions under which refunds will be considered.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. The digital product must remain unactivated and unused.
3. A valid reason for the refund request must be provided, such as technical issues
with the product, incorrect product delivery, or an unintentional purchase.

Non-refundable Items

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
1. Activated or used digital products.
2. Products purchased during promotional events or with discount codes.
3. Products acquired as part of a bundle or package deal.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please adhere to the following steps:

2. Supply your order number, date of purchase, and a comprehensive explanation
for your refund request.
3. Our support team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your refund request is granted, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be
applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

RETURNS:

Our policy for digital items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For digital items such a license keys, the keys must be unused. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their system is compatible with their computer system.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of digital downloads once the product key has been activated or attempted to be activated on Microsoft Online
