Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orderetare not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such a case, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Period
We only offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Incorrect Address

Address Change
To modify the delivery address, please contact us at support@nonokey.com or call +16694994993 within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are not possible once the order is in transit.
Cancellations
